All our packages are prepared by us, with particular attention to the protection of your order.

They are then delivered to you by the company COLISSIMO or MONDIAL RELAY, according to your choice. For France, the deadline is 48 hours worked with Colissimo and 3 working days with Mondial Relay. For other countries, Europe and World, delays are more important and go up to 10 days.

1. Rules

The products are delivered to the delivery address mentioned by the customer at the time of the order. The invoice is, by default, attached to the shipment of the package. By checking the option "this order is to offer", it is possible to separate the invoice from the package. In this case, the invoice is sent by email to the person ordering, and the parcel will be sent, without invoice, to the delivery address mentioned.

The company Esprit Combi is not responsible for products delivered damaged, broken or missing. The customer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered product. For this you have 15 min according to the law, so do not hesitate to notify the deliveryman. If you find that the product (s) are damaged, broken or missing, it is up to you, the customer, to refuse the package and to specify the reason with the carrier. Once notified, the company Esprit Combi will exchange or refund the product (s) and this as soon as possible. For all products less than or equal to 12 €, no exchange or refund will be possible.

Any order delivered outside the European Community may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties. The payment of these taxes and duties is the responsibility of the customer and is his sole responsibility.

The company Esprit Combi can not be held responsible for the consequences due to delayed delivery.

2. Shipping method

The delivery times given below do not take into account the preparation time of the package. It varies from non-significant to a maximum working day.

2.1. Small package

Small objects less than 3kg and small in size (less than 3cm thick) are sent in suitable envelopes, stamped with 'green' stamps, and are delivered, after receipt of payment, within 2 working days for France, by The post office.

The delivery time is more important for the countries of Europe and the world, with a maximum of 7 working days.

2.2. Package

The packages are shipped, according to your choice, by the companies:

COLISSIMO - from 48h working for France to 10 days depending on the country, after receipt of payment. They are sent via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered against signature (optional). Colissimo sends you, by e-mail, a link to track your package online. If you are absent, a notice of transit will be filed allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the internet or to pick it up the next day at 3 pm in the post office indicated. You then have 15 days to pick it up.

or MONDIAL RELAY - from 3 working days for France to 6 days depending on the country, after receipt of payment. They are sent via Mondial Relay with a tracking number and delivered against signature, in relay point or at home (depending on the country). Mondial Relay sends you, by e-mail and / or sms, a link to track your parcel online and in real time until reception.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We therefore recommend that you group all your articles in one order, as we can not combine two orders placed separately.

The dimensions of the boxes are adapted and we pay particular attention to all fragile objects so that they are very well protected during transport.

2.3. Europe and others countries

Esprit Combi agrees to have its products delivered to the following countries :

Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs include prepayment and packing, and postage costs. They are due to each order placed and are calculated according to the weight and the country of destination.
