Terms of sales

- Introduction -

The customer declares to have taken note of the following provisions before ordering the products.

It is the sole responsibility of each customer to define his needs, to choose the appropriate hardware and software and to ensure compatibility of the products purchased.

The placing of an order implies on the part of the customer the full acceptance of the present general conditions of sale, as well as the full legal capacity enabling him to commit under these general conditions of sale.

We may modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time, provided that these changes are posted on our website.

1. Price

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros all taxes included except participation in the costs of processing and shipping: the shipping costs.

For all products shipped outside the European Union, our prices do not take into account customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes that may be chargeable. These rights and sums are not within the competence of the company Esprit Combi and they will therefore be your responsibility.

The company Esprit Combi reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force at the moment the order is registered subject to availability.

2. Order

All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.

Orders are made online only on the website. It will be acknowledged receipt by e-mail, of orders made on the Internet site. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the order confirmation and immediately notify Esprit Combi of any errors.

The company Esprit Combi reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, or a suspicion of fraud, an intention to resale or data Suspicious bank accounts.

The invoice is, by default, attached to the shipment of the package. By checking the option "this order is to offer", it is possible to separate the invoice from the package. The data recorded by Esprit Combi constitute proof of all the transactions carried out by Esprit Combi and its customers.

4. Availability

Our offers of products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of available stocks. In case of unavailability of the product after placing your order, we will inform you either by email or by mail as soon as possible.

You will then be offered:

- Either cancel your order and have you reimbursed

- Either the establishment of an asset of an identical amount on your next purchase

- Either the waiting for the availability of the ordered product (in this case, a new delivery time will be communicated to you for information)

Refunds will be made directly via the blue card used when ordering.

5. Payment

As a means of payment you can use all types of bank cards: Visa, Eurocard / MasterCard and other blue cards.

The debit of the card is done when the order is saved.

The company Esprit Combi reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force at the time of the registration of the orders, subject to availability.

The products remain the property of the company Esprit Combi until the full payment of the price, in particular in case of rejection of the means of payment.

6. Security

To avoid any risk of misappropriation of your credit card, Esprit Combi uses one of the most efficient secure payment systems on the market: 3D Secure. This security is materialized by the presence of the logos 'Verified by VISA', 'MasterCard' or 'SecureCode'. Once your bank account information is filled in, an SMS is automatically sent. It contains a code that will have to be entered to complete the banking transaction.

Your bank details are directly encrypted and routed to the payment agency, without going through our site. Esprit Combi never receives bank authorization. It is managed directly by the bank. It does not store any banking information.

7. Returns

7.1. Right to retract

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 7 working days to return, at his own expense, the products that do not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery of the order.

Only the returned products will be taken back, in their original packaging intact, and in perfect condition of resale. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, the customer only paying the shipping and return costs.

The customer may request either the refund of the sums paid or the exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.

7.2. Defective products

The company Esprit Combi is not responsible for products delivered damaged, broken or missing. The customer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered product. For this you have 15 min according to the law, so do not hesitate to notify the deliveryman. If you find that the product (s) are damaged, broken or missing, it is up to you, the customer, to refuse the package and to specify the reason with the carrier. Once notified, the company Esprit Combi will exchange or refund the product (s) and this as soon as possible. For all products under 12 €, no exchange or refund will be possible.

8. Reimbursement procedure

In the event of a refund request following the cancellation of the order, Esprit Combi will do its utmost to reimburse the customer within 30 days of receipt of the request.

The reimbursement will be made by a recreditation of the amount of the order directly on the bank card used during the validation of this one.

9. Intellectual property

All the products, texts, illustrations and images contained on the www.espritcombi.com website and on the packaging are reserved for copyright and intellectual property and for the whole world.

All the designer objects presented by the company Esprit Combi have been deposited as a model with the agency INPI of Toulouse; They are therefore protected. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited.

As such, and in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Intellectual Property, only use is allowed for private use. Any other use constitutes infringement and sanctioned under the Intellectual Property, without prior authorization of the company Esprit Combi

10. Responsability

The products offered comply with the French legislation in force. The company Esprit Combi can not be held liable in case of disregard of the legislation of the country where the products are delivered.

The company Esprit Combi can not be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike including postal services and means of transport and / or communications, flood, fire, etc.

Esprit Combi is only responsible for the content of the pages it publishes.

11. Nominative information

Esprit Combi undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information provided by the customer.

The company Esprit Combi collects only the data strictly necessary to the good processing of the orders or to announce the advantages, promotions and innovations, of which we wish to benefit to our customers.

The information that is requested from the customer is necessary for the processing of his order and is intended for the services of Esprit Combi company only.
